  * The facilities building with smokers, blast furnaces, furnaces, smithing table, grinder, enchanting table, brewing stand, anvil and many villagers to trade with for food, armor, tools, books, and more.

You may use these facilities free of extra charge as long as you replant and re-breed appropriately. More facilities will be added in the future.
