===== Lease agreement =====

  * The plot is rented for a payment of 4 emeralds/week.
  * The payment periods start every Saturday. If you move in any day other than Saturday, you are charged as if you moved in the most recent Saturday.
  * The payment must be made within the 7 day period.
  * If payment is not made, [[Sin]]'s managers (i.e. [[AuraWater]] and [[Tritonio]]) will move your things out of the plot at any time after the end of the 7 days period and repossess enough to cover any missed payments.
  * You may change the interior of the dwelling and use it as you wish as long as it does not pose a danger to Sin, its inhabitants or its visitors.
  * You may not change the external appearance of the house without first getting permission from Sin's managers.
  * Sin's managers may terminate this agreement at the end of any 7 day period but only if a 7 day notice has been given to you beforehand.
  * You may terminate this agreement at the end of any 7 day period as long as you have fully moved out by then.
  * You may not destroy the tunnel system under level 16.
